Hi

Do you literally mean is has slowed down eg is now running at quarter speed for example, or do you mean playback has become jerky?

What is you computer specification, Windows version , MMM version and is it patched up to date?

windows 8; the MMM 2015 version 21.0.4.50 brand new out of the box.

Lenovo computer, AMD A4-6210 processor with 4 gb ram memory

When playing back for rehearsal it's fine.  When I try to record the whole playback slows down to about 1/4 speed.  Recently has had some jerkiness to the playback, too.

There is a corresponding drop in pitch with the slow down.  Like the record is playing at the wrong speed.

I'm having exactly the same issue. Is there an answer to this problem?

I am using an Aspire5742- Intel i5, 8 gig ram (upgraded), no software running in foreground, plenty of HDD free.

I pput down a midi drum track as a click, and the first analogue guitar track records fine. It's the second analogue track that gets the slow treatment. Just as the OP says, very slow and pitch change down- like a slowed record. My laptop specs are adequate- what's the answer, please!!! :)

I'm gonna start a new thread on the issue incase this one doesn't attract attention.
