"PLAY" Engine VST plugin from East West not showing in MMMaker 2016

MAGIX Music Maker doesn't allow me to add "PLAY" Engine VST plugin from East West. I dragGed its VST into the folder where all the others VST's plugins are working with MMMaker 2016. Please help me out here. How can I make this VST pluging show inside my MMMaker 2016? Thank you best regards.

Hi

Without knowing your Windows version and the version of 'Play' you installed ie 32 or 64 bit I suspect that you have a 64 bit version of Windows and the installer installed the 64 bit version of 'Play'.

This would make the VST invisible to MMM because it is a 32 bit program and it cannot read 64 bit VST's.

You would need to install the 32 bit version of 'Play', however there is no guarantee that this will work with MMM 2016.

Hi there, yes I'm running a 64bit version Windows, after your valuable input I asked for a 32VST plugin of the 'PLAY' engine and it worked!

Now MAGIX MUSCI MAKER 2016 is giving me ANOTHER problem. I load up acouple of VST's and it says it cannot load du to «insuficient memory». that's completly absurd cause I still have more that 73% of memory available... MMMaker is staring to get on my nerves...

is there also a way out for this problem please? Thank you

Hi

. . . . I still have more that 73% of memory available . . . .

How much RAM is fitted in your computer?

Running a 32 bit program on a 64 bit version of Windows uses much more memory, however they still have a 4GB of memory assigned to the program.  Once you exceed this limit then you get the error message.

. . . . I load up acouple of VST's . . . .

Which ones?

Can you post a screen shot of the timeline when the error occurs?
