Sorry, I slightly mis-wrote. CreativEase and FilmTouch are not affected by the video wall issue. They are solved for the delete issue.

OK, I've now found my original email and hence my serial number and re-installed successfully. As far as I can tell from a few tests I'm pleased to confirm that it is now possible to exit without applying any effects.

Edit: Although it would be even better if standard Windows practice was followed, so that a single click on the top right 'x' would immediately cancel the window, instead of asking for confirmation.
