Photostory Deluxe 2010 has som issues very desturbing, se below

When I open the program, I have to wait approx. 60 seconds before it is active.

Picture-in-picture collages do not work well when I play the slideshow. Running staccato. Other transitions and View & Animation - Move also have this problem. The problem is greatest with fullscreen.

But when the project is exported to an MPEG-4 file, it runs as it should, both on computer and TV.

I deleted and then downloaded the program but it is still the same problem.

From time to time I get black screen 1-2 seconds. Many times, when exporting. Could it have something to do with the program?

When I close the program, it sometime starts again. Why?

These are user to user forums so all we can do is try to help you to find a solution!

As a first step, please tell us a lot more about your computer. Please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there, including full details of exactly which processor and graphics card (if any) that you have. It is possible that the problems you are seeing are being at least partially caused by your computer hardware and software, hence the request for those details.

In addition, deleting and then downloading the program is unlikely to really help because it is possible that another cause of your problems could be files, folders and registry entries which are created on the first and subsequent runs of the software and which the initial Install log knows nothing about and so does not remove. If a total uninstall is needed the advice here is always to use something like Revo Uninstaller to help ensure everything from the previous installation is completely removed, before attempting the reinstallation.

BUT, before even thinking about another uninstall and reinstall, let's see if the details about your computer will offer us any ideas.
