Welcome to the Magix forums.
There is no customer service phone number, sorry. Which product are you wanting to buy? As a matter of course, there is no need to uninstall a Magix Trial version, to then download a new installer and "start again". The Trial version can be converted to the full version by the simple process of inputting in the app the serial number/registration key which you will receive once you actually make the purchase .

I do not have a serial number. It was installed by my company as a trial version.

Assuming the program is Vegas Movie Studio (VMS) - the trial version that was installed is approx 2 years old and downloads are not available.
VMS and is now at version 17 and the Vegas products have their own forum see the important posts at the top of the Video forum.
