If your hard drive is so tight that you need to get rid of files, the first thing you should think about is getting rid of other unnecessary file, such as your waste basked. Next, if you have created a lot of DVDs get rid of those image files, you could also dump your backup files if you have completed your productions
Finally, disc is cheap, video is very hard to re-create once you have deleted the files. If you are serious about editing video, buy more disc, if you are not that serious, save your video files to DVD and use the off line transfer to get rid of the files you don't want but yet keep them on DVD in case you want them back again.
If you have a really small hard drive the files that you mentioned will not help you very much. The best answer is really 'buy more disc" that way you won't regret deleting files that you may need later.
