Has "Paste Special" changed in SF Pro 16.1? I can no longer change from mix to paste ect. with the right click or any other key like in SF Pro 15. Is anyone experiencing this action?
I checked SFP-15, 16.0 and 16.1.1, and they appear to be the same. With a region selected, right-click brings up the context menu with; Cut, Copy, Overwrite and Trim/Crop. Without a selected region; Paste and Mix.
If there is no clipboard data, Paste, Mix and Overwrite are grayed out..
Thank you for the response! After a reinstall (which changed nothing) I think I found what was causing me the problem. "Always open dropped files in new window" was checked in "General Preferences" and this would not allow me to change the "Paste Special" mode between the different modes. I was able to duplicate the action in SF Pro 15.
Glad you figured it out . That would be the cause because a new window has no clipboard data.
btw, instead of reinstall, I usually try Reset/Clear Cache first, A default uninstall-reinstall does not reset many items, so in this case, a reset would have fixed it,.. but you would not have learned the setting that caused it..
