Paid Soundpools Doesn't recovered

Please I need help on this. Last year but recently I had to format the PC, and now I can't recover those soundpools I paid. Please is any way to have it back? Or I will have to buy them again?

Its unfair to buy them again. I have the emails for both purchases. Hope someone helps me. Thank you!

You can login with your user account on producerplanet.com and download the pools manually from there.

Normally you can redownload any pool if you login with your user account in Music Maker. Did you try that already?
