When working with videos my XP Explorer folders typically look like this:

So the great majority of the MP4 thumbnails are useless as far as reminding me of their content. This is because most start with a fade-in from black.
Does anyone know of any program (or hack) that will let me quickly adjust the frame used for the thumbnail please. After even a mere second, the display would become useful!
