Opening Movie Studio 16

Installed and registered Movie Studio 16. Trying to open the program and it takes me to the register window. I clic on register and it says its already registered. Also, why is Movie Studio 16 not listed in any of the support topics? Did I buy an obsolete software? I have Windows 10 and its supposedly compatible with Windows 10
