Online Purchase Made but Wrong Product Delivered

I tested the Audio Cleaning Lab for 7 days, then placed 49.99 order to purchase and activate, but Video Cleaning Lab was delivered instead. Do I need to speak to customer service to get Audio Lab activation code delivered?

Similar thing happened to me. Ordered ACL 3 download plus a backup dvd. Download was okay, today I received the dvd - for Video Pro X. Someone's not paying attention to things.
