Once you add a PIP, is there a way to make the inside (smaller video) into a hyperlink?

Once you add a PIP, is there a way to make the inside (smaller video) into a hyperlink? Also is there a way to make the inside video have its own play (start) button, so in otherwords it doesn't play along the outside video until you click it?

With VPX he answer is no to both questions.

Assuming you want this to play only on a computer, then you have a few options:-

Create a web page with the videos in it.

Use something like Powerpoint to create a presentation - again with the videos in it.

Which you use depends on the end usage of what you are trying to create.
