Hi, I have a very slow internet connection and need to know some details about purchasing the DVD installation disk sent via mail. In the past I've purchased several of these and they contained the full program. However, the last one I purchased only had the installer program. In order to use it I had to take my desktop computer to the local library (that has a somewhat better internet connection) to initiate the installer to download the program from the internet. I need to know if your policy has changed and you no longer provide a full installable version of a program on the DVD? Thanks.
