Nothing but trouble with installation

I'm trying to reinstall soundforge 10, or even the trial of sountforge 16, and the install just sits there not downloading or installing. No idea what is going on.

Disable anti-virus and try again. We can send you a link to download the unpacked version of Magix Sound Forge upon request, You will still need an activation serial to run the program. The 30-day trial version activation code can be obtained from Magix when you initially open Sound Forge after installation.
Sound Forge 10 installer can be directly downloaded from the Sony archives. I assume you had previously purchased Sound Forge 10 and already have the activation serial code.

Thanks, I just got it working. Not sure what happened but everything is installed correctly.

Ok I have another problem. I installed soundforge 10 but when I run it a window pops up and says:

Registration of Sound Forge 10 requires elevated privileges.

But when I hit next nothing happens.

Hello, welcome

Try right click the Sound Forge 10 exe file,choose Properties,select the "Compatibility" tab and click "Run this program as an Administrator"
