MY usb connector is not working the pilot light dose not come on.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
First, please don't post all in bold! It is considered to be the forum equivalent of shouting and may dissuade other users from attempting to help you!
Second, exactly which version of RYVT do you have and what is the colour of that USB dongle?
Third, did you ensure you loaded the correct and appropriate drivers for the dongle before you plugged it in? If you have 64 bit Windows you need the 64 bit driver.
The more information you can give us about exactly what is, or is not, happening when you plug in the USB dongle, the more likely we are to be able to help you. If you go to Device Manager, is the dongle listed there when it is plugged in?
