Bought Video Saver about 3 weeks ago, have not yet managed to register my product. every time I try i says that serial no i used. Please need help to make a registration, could you delete my account so I could try again?
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and no-one here can delete your account, sorry.
Where, exactly, did you buy the product from? Direct from Magix or from a third-party seller? If it was the latter, you will need to ask them to resolve this problem for you since Magix will have no record of your purchase.
Please tell us the exact wording of the error message you see when you attempt to register the product, but please do not quote the actual serial number.
Have you checked your Magix account? Once logged in, go to My products and see what is shown there. If there is nothing then the only suggestion we can make is to email infoservice@magix.net with full details of the problem.
