I am unable to import music off of my computer, i cant even drag and drop files??
i used to use magix music maker DANCE EDITION and it was really simple i could even record background sounds off of youtube or soundclick straight onto the grid.... this feature is no longer available ?
i have tried to record my voice and that is not even working ?
also when i try to drag and drop objects it is saying cant be read
is there a support team that i can call?

No, unfortunately not. User to user support is via this forum; Magix support is via a ticket system, using the Support button on the header of any forum page.
If we fellow-users are to have any chance of being able to offer any help to you, we really need you to tell us a lot more about your computer, the exact version and variant of MM you have, what exactly you have tried so far without success, exactly which audio driver you have selected to use, what audio interface, if any, you have etc., etc. This post will give you some idea of what we need to know.
