Hi There
I am trying to listen to edit video clips. I am unable to hear anything from the clips. I have tested my sound on my pc and it is working perfectly. I was asked to update to Dolby as a once off which I tried to to but the program said cannot connect to internet. I am currently on broadband surfing the web so I don't know why it will not. it is not being blocked by a fire wall.
please advise on how to hear audio on my video clips.

regards

Hi

I would suspect MEP is almost certainly being blocked by something - which firewall, anti spam ware and antivirus are you using?

I believe MEP uses its own 'browser ' to connect to the Internet.

Try temporarily dropping the firewall to see if MEP will connect.
