Hi

Please do not duplicate your post of the same question.  It would also help if you specified which version of the program you have.

Assuming it is Music Maker 2016 and is the download version:-

. . . . Vita2 and everything says installed . . . .

Do you mean that the extras download window shows the instruments etc were downloaded and installed as shown below

 

If not you need to install the second part of the program with all the soundpools, synthesizers and effects.

 

If you have done this and the extras say they are installed, have you restarted the computer and opened MMM again?

Hey, yes it's 2016 Live with Win 10, I did all the installs and updates and restarted, when I open MMM, still nothing comes up for soundpools or instruments! Thanks for all your help!
