Hi darkknight

Welcome to the forum .

Not  lot of information to go on here.

What is the file format and source, use GSpot or MediaInfo to analyse the mp4 and come back with the results - a good screen shot of the GSpot window after analysis would be ideal, if not post the results.

Please read this post - it you gives you more information about asking questions.

John.

Render OK. The following combination of filters was used.

(Src) ->>[MainConcept MP4 Demultiplexer]>-(B)->[MainConcept MPEG-4 Video Decoder]>-(C)->[Video Renderer]

Hi

Hi thanks for the reply - which audio codec renderer was used?  MediaInfo may give more information on the audio codecs used.

I should also have asked you to check this setting in Program settings - keyboard shortcut is the Y key

Hi darkknight

What is the source of the mp4 file?

If possible can you upload a small sample of the an mp4 from this source somewhere eg Dropbox or a similar file sharing/transfer site so we can have a look at it.

That error message suggest there is a problem with the audio in the mp4 - was this error from MediaInfo?
