I can see that a lots of different people have a same problem, no sound working. I have tried every single way to set it but not working. No sound at all. I have windows 10, HP laptop,intel core i5 and cant get a sound. Looks like I need to be IT expert to get start to run one music program. I need a help otherwise will send that box straight back after I receive it.
