No Registration code for 2022 Premium Edition

I purchased & received a physical copy of MM 2022 Premium Edition (US), but I did not get a registration number for that edition in the email which is necessary to activate the upgrade through the app. Also, my code for the MAGIX Vandal (US), comes up as "invalid" when I try to activate it. Any suggestions? Danke.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Since you have a physical copy of the program, i.e., a CD or DVD, I would expect to find the serial number on or in the box it came in. Have you checked there?

I assume you bought this direct from Magix, or was the purchase made at a third-party site? If it was not direct from Magix all your questions re the serial key and Vandal need to be directed to the seller.

Wrt to the Vandal problem: can you show a screenshot of the FULL error message you see or the full text of that message?

In addition to @emmrecs comment, if you bought from Best Buy or other similar dealer you may have a Redemption code on a card in the box (?)

The card should have instructions on how to get the serial number for the program.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I brought directly from Magic. There is no serial number on the package that the disk came in, hence my query. Apparently, I'll have to contact Magix directly. Thanks for responding.
