So I was bought Magic Music Maker for Christmas as an online download, it was purchased through Guitar Center. The link provided only takes me to the homepage of magix, I should be given a serial number under "my products", but as far as Magix is concerned I have no products. The first thing it wants is a serial number, and all I have is the license key for the download. Guitar center says to contact magix, magix says that I have no products and has absolutely no customer support that I can access.... So either they stole my money or something got lost in translation. Help please?
