I purchased Magix movie edit pro 16 a year ago & wanted to add this program on my new computer.
when I tried to burn a dvd, a meesage came up saying - MPEG-2 codec function is required.
What do I do next?
The customer care # that I tried was an old #- so I couldnt speak to a representative.

To do this you have to be registered.
In the Bar Menu Click on Tasks, Choose ---> activate additional functions and Activate codec
Do the same thing with Help, Select ---> Online Update...
Be aware if your System runs with XP (SP3) now too old, MAGIX deploys its Softwares for Windows 7.
