No download for Pro X3

I go into My Products, find my serial number. Go to Download Center, enter serial.

And I get:

No downloads are available for the selected product.

Now what.

Eventually found a similar post to mine where a link was given, hope it helps anyone else experiencing the same issue

I just reinstalled Prox3 in the same computer where it was because of midi editing problems... With the setup I had from the first instalation, then it has been upgraded correctly etc... But my midi editor of prox3 still have the same problem... So... I'm thinking to reinstaling it again... Are these patches ok and updated ? did you used them ? Many thanks

Hey Ruelgo, I downloaded the Pro X3 (Suite) ISO, from the Suite section and chose Pro in the installation, and the latest update file, and it works fine with audio. I haven't used MIDI yet so I can't help you there, never experienced issues with it either before switching computer.
