Never received an activation code for a trail of the slideshow product.

Without knowing which program you are trialling - the trial version may run for 7 days without a serial number, on extending the trial to 30 days, this must be done within the 7 day trial period, you will receive a trail serial number by email. Check the email has not ended up in the spam folder.
