new machine

I just bought a new machine as my old one was to slow to render sony vegas 18 software. I downloaded the program from amazon, which I bought it from. The download worked fine, but when I resisted the machine, I put in the serial code correctly, and email. What did I get? A error code -24, saying that the email was already registered. I have the email itself giving me the serial, and of course it's the correct email. How do I proceed?

@Nicktechyguy You must be sure you are using the same e-mail address you used in the past for registering the software.

I am sure of it. I have the email itself, with the serial number included in my starred email list. I've tried multiple times and it's still not working

Just to add: if the product you have is Magix Vegas Pro 18 (note, not Sony Vegas) this is the wrong forum for you! Please read this pinned post.

If your product is actually Magix Movie Studio 18 (again, please note the correct name) then you should post any questions to the Video products area of this forum.
