New Blue Downloads

I purchased Magix Movie Edit Pro 2020 in May 2020. I purchased the deluxe version with several New Blue software downloads packaged with it. I did not have hard drive space. I just upgraded my hard drive. I installed Magix Movie Edit Pro 2021 (free upgrade because it had not been a year since I purchased Movie Edit Pro 2020), but now I can't find where to download the free New Blue software from. Does anyone know how to do that (links to download, product keys, etc)?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

The link for the downloads of those NB add-ons and the necessary product keys would have all been in the email you received when your purchase of MEP was confirmed. You need to find that email.

If you don't still have it, your only possible course of action is to contact Magix Sales via this page and ask that they resend the email to you. Hopefully they will be able to do this!
