To whom it may concern,
I purchased the Magix Acid/Sound Forge bundle from my local Best Buy. I was supposed to get an email sent to complete download/activation about a month ago that I've yet to receive in either inbox or spam. Can I please get help resolving this issue

This is an open public user to user forum and not Magix support.
Many users complain in this forum about the sale of products from Best Buy, you need to take up said issues with them as Magix are not responsible, your sales contract lies with them to rectify said product issue.
Did you check bottom of your receipt, or back of box or a peel away sticker, or check disc sleeve?
check your email and spam folder.
if you can’t find it contact Best Buy as advised,

Did you receive a voucher code from Best Buy and redeem it here to get the serial number?
If so have you checked your email Spam folder for the email from Magix.

Yes. I entered the voucher code and received the prompt which said i should be receiving the email from register@magix.net shortly to download the software however it never came to my inbox or my spam and when i tried to repeat the steps to try it again it said the voucher number had already been claimed.
Are you certain you made no mistakes when you entered your email address on the voucher code page?
If you are, you need to email infoservice@magix.net, explain exactly what has happened and that you did not receive the download email and ask that it be resent to you.
If you think there might have been a problem with your address, you need to email that same infoservice address and ask for their help.
