never received email

I never received the email to be able to download music maker plus edition. I checked the spam and trash and I dont have anything and the support on this website is useless. any help?

Just to add a little to what @SP. has written.

It is the responsibility of BestBuy to both send you an email and to tell Magix that they have sold you the software. If they have not done this you need to ask them why.
