Assuming that you bought the software directly from Magix then the advice from @SP. is entirely correct.

However, if you bought it from a third party reseller you will need to contact them to obtain your refund. In addition, depending where in the world you live, there may be different conditions under which a refund can be offered; e.g., the length of time you have owned the software can be especially relevant.
