Though I do not use audio cleaning lab but I would like to advice, do not delete any file saved inside project folder because some times in case of error everything is back up. This happens in Magix Music maker.
You are also requested please do not clear your trash bin or browser cookies until you get proper response.
As you have posted your problem here I suggest also contact Magix customer support and mention your problem in detail.
Nihon i appreciate your advice and help. i will keep everything.
Magix wont help me say it is to old....................... they told me to try here.....
So i am really hoping someone will know the answer :)
If you did not get any help you can try this one.
First, Backup all your Project file or its folder I think it will be in My Documents.
When you made a back up and save that other than computer for safety, could be on flash drive, external hard drive or CD/DVD anything.
Now you first un install your program then re-install
If re-installation process delete your old Project folder then you can copied your saved project inside. Remember folder name should be same as your old one.
Now go and try to import your project and see if work or not.
Note: Do you also got BAK file in your project folder?
You can do one more thing, Post a new question again and ask
Example:
I badly need help if some here use Product nameXYZ and version no XYZ
Aslo mention if you use Windows Xp, Vista or 7 that information will be helpful.
