That is not much of an issue when activating a product online. If you are attempting to activate Sound Forge, the product's serial code and a paired email address must be used to activate Magix products. Some of the SCS (Sony) products as well. Magix products can be activated on two PCs simultaneously.. more on SCS products. The Magix 360 subscription versions are only be activated one device/PC

I am not aware of any phone support for Sound Forge and Magix does not (officially) support the SCS legacy software online either, It can be activated through Magix with a valid serial and the paired email address.
