Nectar plugin disappeared after update

I downloaded nectar 3 through splice.com.It has been working great,earlier today,nectar 3 was offering n update,went ahead and updated it.Open magix like before,only now nectar wasn't available,i could see the file dll under project(86x etc like before,but when in magix,would go to plugins and nectar is not there.PLEASE Help and thank you

Which version of Music Maker are you using - see under Help, About and the variant ie Free, Plus, Premium etc?

Try rescanning the VST plugins by opening the Program settings, Folders tab and selecting Add VST plug-in path, when the browse dialog opens locate the plug-in folder and add it again, Music maker will then rescan the folder.

Hello and thank you so much.I have the premium version.I have tried re scanning the vst folder a few times and it doesn't help,seems like it might be stuck,I try to re set it to a different folder,and it makes no difference,same plugins are visible.For example,I reset it to a different folder with no plugins in it,then I right click a track,add audio rack,hit the + to add a plugin,and even tho there's no plugins in the folder I assigned it to scan,it still shows the plugins from the previous folder scanned

There should have been installed 6 as there is a 32 bit and 64 bit version of the three variants.

Check both the 32 and 64 bit versions have been installed in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugIns (32 bit) and C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins (64 bit)

when I re installed nectar a few minutes ago,it gives me two folder options on where to install the vst's.Should both of those folders be set to Program files 86x/Steinberg/vst plugins?

Or should one folder be set at Program files86x/Steinberg/vst plugins

And the other folder set at Program files/Steinberg/vst plugins

Only asking if I should re install because I also have the focusrite red eq and the red compressor,just noticed the compressor dll is in the right place,but magix isn't picking it up either.Was working fine,just like nectar before the update
