can you explain exactly what you mean ? a while back i was working on a mix (abortive ) and suddenly for no reason a hi hat pattern made of single shots started playing a vocal instead the waveform on the screen still showed a hi hat waveform but the vocal was playing we deleted the track added a new track re programmed the hats and the same thing happened had to scrap the session again in the end as we couldnt mix down... again ! is that anything similar ive wondered if it happened to anyone else
