Which program are you referring to Sound Forge 4 released late 1996, or Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 4 - it is important to use the correct name for the program?

Assuming the program is the latter, is the Stereo Mixer enabled, and are programs allowed to access it in the Windows Settings, Privacy & Security options?

hi. I'm referring to the latest program to Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 4. I do have stereo mixer as the default input, & I believe I have windows access on, but I will check that. Please elaborate how to check access to Windows, settings, privacy, security. Anything else? Thanks.
