my software wont open my mpeg 4 files from my camcorder

It says it cant be opened by MAGIX Movie edit pro 14!

Please make sure that the drive is not full or write protected.

If you do not have authorization to write or read from this path, please contact the adminitrator. I dont know what to do. I activated the mpeg4 thing and it still didnt work I tried to activate with the same code and it said it wasnt valid. I guess it changes?? I dont know what to do please help!

Thanks for the additional information. That would mean that the MPEG-4 codec isn't currently active. You just need a fresh activation code that matches your current configuration. Use the online activation option in the MPEG-4 activation dialog to get a new one or contact Magix sales/support to generate a fresh code for you.
