My Serial Number Has Letters, Can't Use on Sound Forge 15 to activate

I bought a licence for "Sound forge Audio Studio 10.0.252". But my registration activation code has letters, so it won't allow me to activate. Can I download an installer for Sound forge Audio Studio 10 (Build 252)

@Janielle-Scott Hello. Where and when did you buy a license? Why are you trying to use it on Sound Forge 15? Because you don't have an installer for version 10?

Activation codes are often alphanumeric (w/ both letters and numbers).

You can download Sound Forge-10 AS (Audio Studio) at Magix Service Center> My Products. You must log-in using the email that was used when it was registered with SCS (Sony). Your serial code will be displayed as well.
You can also download SF AS-10 from the SCS archives. Either way, you need a valid serial code to activate it.
