I wish you would tell the error message.

 

Anyway, the best solution to your problem, re install the software ONLY if you got installation CD/DVD etc.

If you could re install

first back up all your projects or important files, even  saved presets in Music Maker.

un install software

clear browser cookies and history, delete all left behind folder in Program, Appplication data or in Program data

turn off computer.

 

After few minutes turn on computer and re start then please re-install your software. Note, do not run other software, email, messenger, internet when you use Music Maker.
