my computer was crashed now m installing Music maker again

Hi, I am facing problem and getting error code 14, my computer was crashed and now when i am installing Music maker , it is not activating , i purchased from online from Magix site.

@Karan-Kashyap You can try to run it as administrator (right click on the program icon) and try it again. It can also help if you temporarily deactivate Windows Defender or your Firewall, Be also sure you enter the correct serial number. Error code 14 can suggest that you enter a correct serial number but it is for a different product.
