my 30+ min video is truncated when I import to MSPro 2023

I have a 33:18 minute clip that gets cut off at the end my video whenever I import it into MSPro2023, but not OTHER apps on my laptop . Any idea why it is doing this? I just upgraded to 2023 from 2014 and never had a problem with 2014. Starting to regret my decision.

What is the source of the video clip and encoding format - download and install MediaInfo and analyse the clip and post the results, see this tutorial, if you are not familiar with MediaInfo, on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip.

Your computer specification and program version may also help, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
