Registration page says product is registered already, but activation page says it is not registered yet. Please advise at your earliest convenience- Thanks in advance for your help-

I think there is some confusion here! If the Registration page says product is already registered (presumably to you?) the activation page will simply show whether or not there are any current activations (actual computers on which the software is running) registered for that serial key.
If that is the situation you simply need to activate the installation on your computer, I think, by entering the registered email address and serial key on the registration screen in the program.
If the above is not the situation you have then please post back with much more detail about the problem.
