music maker won't open

installed program(on-line download) Music Maker Premium. Program keeps freezing when it gets to program lay-out. I'm using windows 10 pro, pentium (R) Dual core cpu E5200 @2.50ghz, 8gb ram,64 bit operating system. Got a message error "opengl" updated my drivers still no good. Please help or I have to return. This is just to much.

Welcome to the Magix forums.

Your computer hardware, specifically your CPU, is quite "old" and I am honestly not certain whether it is really capable of running this software, sorry.

The "open GL" driver problem is discussed in this thread, now rather old, but the suggested fix might well be tried, I think.
