Music Maker Premium Upgrade von Plus?

I purchased the Premium version of MM over the holidays (27.0.2.28). Now in the in-app store, under the -75% sale, I see MM Premium Upgrade von Plus. However, I can't tell what the difference is between what I bought and the von Plus version. What does the extra $17.99 USD get me?

They are the same program. The upgrade would be for those who have older registered version such as Music Maker 2017 or 2016.

There is a small translation error - it should read MM Premium Upgrade from Plus

You already have the top version.
