Music maker premium crashes

We need more information:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Is there a particular action that triggers the freezing/crashing?

Are you using the computers sound card or an external USB audio device?

i started a new project when playing track it freezes and shuts down also crackling noise im using audiobox96 interface

@christopher-young Disable all power saving mechanisms of Windows 10 and in your BIOS, especially USB power saving which can cause problems for audio interfaces. Check that no security software or services run in the background that can interfere with the audio processing.

You're not alone. I keep working through it. Ive recorded 13 projects and now when I open the program it gives me this error and resets hours of mixing. Trash program. Ive used this for 10 years and always accepted the technical flaws due to familiarity. This program crashes 1 out of 2 times and always restarts. You then need to sign back in half the times or wait a matter of minutes before it realizes you are logged in and all your addons and effects load. Its not the computers, its your program. I buy new versions, same thing, old versions same thing. New computers, same thing, old computers, same thing.

@JAMES-BRIGGS There should be backups in the same folder that are created every ten minutes. Try opening them.

i was using studio 4 pro didnt have any problems with it at all i am using magix for the simple reason you can use 32 bit vsts also when i open project instrument disappears its a pain

I have MMM premium--Latest version whenever I am recording audio it crushes. Its not even a big project just simple audio.

Assuming this refers to the image in the same post, are you opening the project by double clicking on it to 'launch and load' ?

If so try launching Music Maker (MMM) first then load the project from within MMM

The error message indicates that a VST, that has been used in the project being loaded, more specifically some of preset parameters cannot be found and it is defaulting the missing parameters.
