Music Maker installation

I recently purchased the Music Maker 2016 Live/Music Studio 2016/1000 sounds combo from Bestbuy. However, after installing, and entering the first serial number, the program totally freezes. I tried rebooting and deactivating my firewall, but nothing works. What can I do?

I use a Lonovo AMD A8 quad core 2.1 GHz with Windows 10

Hello,

probably you have to uninstall the program. Afterwards do the new installation without a firewall, and make sure that you install it as an administrator!
