@takashi-y You just log into your user account with e-mail address and password in Music Maker.

Register another new email address for me with my user account at http://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ and then use my email address in Music Maker I tried to log in to my user account, but the message "This serial number is registered with another email address. Please contact Magix Support. Error code 24" is displayed and the situation is still not working. What should I do?

This problem cannot be solved unless the manufacturer operates it. I accidentally registered 3 email addresses and ID. I don't think the only way to solve this is to have my Music Maker Premium Edition deactivated temporarily. I hope you will respond.
