Any commercial use of Magix Soundpools requires the purchase of a commercial licence for each soundpool used. Full details of licence costs (and what each type of "commercial licence" allows) can be found here.

But if the package of sound pool I bought it with Commercial (Royalty Free) license I guess I am ok.
