Music Maker 2020 Premium Edition/Sound Forge need serial number

I bought a download of Music Maker 2020 Premium Edition which also installed Sound Forge; however, provided no serial number so I can't use it. Was I supposed to get a serial number for it?

Hi @Glen-Evans and welcome to the Sound Forge group.

I am not very familiar with Music Maker 2020 Premium, but usually a SF authorization serial number is emailed after purchase. Check your email Junk and Spam folders. You may also find it in the Magix Service Center "My Products" page, You will need the email and password you used when it was purchased.

Otherwise contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues and such.
