Music Maker 2014, when I export to Mp3, there is a constant static track in the resulting file. Can I defeat this?

I'm using MM14, on a windows 7 laptop, and a peripheral interphase sound card, 16bit. When I am satisfied with the project I export it out to Mp3. This results in a static track underneath the sounds. I've tried adjusting
volume levels, added/removed Fx effects and still no clear representation of the original project. Is this normal? Or do I need something else? Scratchy Mp3s are not what I am trying for. A little help?

Also, the interphase is an AKAI, E16, these are midi files I create using "midi editor" VST instruments,

Revolta2,Vita2.. etc etc

Seems a blown set of earbuds, causes a static track beneath the music.

Don´t let any level get to zero dB FS and do not normalize.
